class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p class=\"\"><b class=\"\">Regulamento da 11\u00aa Edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa PASSAPORTE<\/b><\/p><ol class=\"\"><li class=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span class=\"\">A 11\u00aa Edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Passaporte decorre entre os dias 1 a 3 de novembro de 2026 e 18 a 20 de novembro de 2026, em Lisboa, Portugal.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span class=\"\">Passaporte is a project that promotes the internationalization of portuguese actors, introducing them to recognised casting directors internationally\u00a0<i class=\"\">casting directors<\/i>, reconhecidos internacionalmente.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span class=\"\">Podem candidatar-se ao Passaporte, actores de nacionalidade Portuguesa, maiores, que dominem a l\u00edngua inglesa.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span class=\"\">A candidatura e participa\u00e7\u00e3o no Programa Passaporte \u00e9 totalmente gratuita, sendo a 11\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o financiada por fundos p\u00fablicos, pelo Munic\u00edpio de Lisboa, e\u00a0pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o GDA<b class=\"\">, <\/b>com o apoio\u00a0parceiros locais.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span class=\"\">Os actores seleccionados nas edi\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores, poder\u00e3o\u00a0participar nas actividades das edi\u00e7\u00f5es seguintes na condi\u00e7\u00e3o de terem o seu material actualizado at\u00e9 ao m\u00eas que antecede o evento\u00a0(CV, foto, videos), n\u00e3o sendo admitido material com mais de 2 anos.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span class=\"\">O n\u00famero de candidaturas \u00e9 ilimitado.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span class=\"\">As candidaturas est\u00e3o abertas entre os dias 12 de setembro de 2026, a partir das 9h00 e 26 de setembro de 2026, at\u00e9 \u00e0s 23h59 sendo a submiss\u00e3o exclusivamente por via online, atrav\u00e9s do formul\u00e1rio dispon\u00edvel no site\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/passaportelisboa.com\/en\/\">www.passaportelisboa.com<\/a><\/span><\/li><li class=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span class=\"\">The application form must be filled in english, and attached the following mandatory elements:<\/span><br \/><ol class=\"\"><li class=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span class=\"\">CV (Curriculum Vitae) na l\u00edngua Inglesa, em PDF, tamanho m\u00e1ximo 5MB;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span class=\"\">Uma Fotografia, em JPEG ou PNG, tamanho m\u00e1ximo 5MB;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span class=\"\">Uma\u00a0<i class=\"\">Self-tape<\/i>\u00a0do texto fornecido pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o (dispon\u00edvel\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1kYfhd2uLBE8PGrsFjw3IJPs0swDykmUq?usp=share_link\">Here<\/a>), in english; the\u00a0<i class=\"\">Self-tape<\/i>\u00a0must be available until the end of the event, accessible online - vimeo, youtube or similar.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span class=\"\">Um v\u00eddeo de apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o, na l\u00edngua Inglesa, com a dura\u00e7\u00e3o m\u00e1xima de 1 minuto; o v\u00eddeo deve ficar dispon\u00edvel at\u00e9 ao final da Edi\u00e7\u00e3o, acess\u00edvel em plataforma online Vimeo, Youtube ou similar;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span class=\"\">Ap\u00f3s a submiss\u00e3o do formul\u00e1rio enviar email \u00e0 organiza\u00e7\u00e3o &#8211;\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"mailto:candidaturas@passaportelisboa.com\">candidaturas@passaportelisboa.com<\/a>\u00a0&#8211; a confirmar a respectiva submiss\u00e3o;<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span class=\"\">Aguardar email de resposta e confirma\u00e7\u00e3o de que a candidatura foi bem recebida e est\u00e1 conclu\u00edda.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\" aria-level=\"1\"><span class=\"\">Optionally, the candidate can also submit a\u00a0<i class=\"\">Showreel<\/i>\u00a0, subtitled in english when the spoken language is not english, max. 5 minutes; \u200bthe video must be available until the end of the event, accessible online - vimeo, youtube or similar.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><\/li><\/ol><ol class=\"\" start=\"9\"><li class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Ser\u00e3o desconsiderados todos os candidatos que apresentem as suas respectivas participa\u00e7\u00f5es fora do prazo estabelecido e\/ou que n\u00e3o re\u00fanam as condi\u00e7\u00f5es necess\u00e1rias de participa\u00e7\u00e3o previstas no presente regulamento.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\"><span class=\"\">A decis\u00e3o da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o em excluir alguma participa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 irrecorr\u00edvel.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\"><span class=\"\">The applications will be evaluated by the jury of Passaporte in two stages:\u00a0<\/span><br \/><ul class=\"\"><li class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Numa primeira fase, ser\u00e3o avaliados pelo J\u00fari, os elementos obrigat\u00f3rios \/ opcional mencionados no ponto 8. Os candidatos n\u00e3o seleccionados ser\u00e3o informados pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o por email.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Os seleccionados para a segunda fase ter\u00e3o de gravar uma segunda\u00a0<i class=\"\">Self-tape<\/i>, em ingl\u00eas, \u00e0 sua escolha,\u00a0no prazo que ser\u00e1 indicado pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol><ol class=\"\" start=\"12\"><li class=\"\"><span class=\"\">All the Jury\u2019s decisions are supreme and unappealable.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Any call for information regarding the applications must be sent to the organization, who is exclusively responsible to clarify and sort out. \u200b<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Os actores selecionados para a 11\u00aa Edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Passaporte ser\u00e3o notificados por email at\u00e9 ao final da primeira quinzena\u00a0de Outubro de 2026.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Os actores seleccionados ter\u00e3o de reconfirmar por email, de imediato, a sua disponibilidade total de participa\u00e7\u00e3o no Passaporte, que decorre entre os dias 1 a 3 de novembro e 18 a 20 de novembro de 2026, em Lisboa.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Se, por algum motivo, o participante n\u00e3o assegurar uma disponibilidade total de participa\u00e7\u00e3o nesta edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Passaporte, esta fica suspensa e transita para uma edi\u00e7\u00e3o futura em que tenha a disponibilidade total.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\"><span class=\"\">No Passaporte, os participantes ter\u00e3o obrigatoriamente de participar nas seguintes actividades: entrevistas de 10 minutos com os casting directors convidados, showcase, workshops e restante programa\u00e7\u00e3o a anunciar pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p class=\"\"><span class=\"\"><b class=\"\">Direitos de imagem e prote\u00e7\u00e3o de dados<\/b>:<\/span><\/p><ol class=\"\" start=\"18\"><li class=\"\"><span class=\"\">Image rights clearance:<br class=\"\" \/>a) With the acceptance of the selection, the actors accept and explicitly authorize the orgaization APFACT - Assoia\u00e7\u00e3o Portuguesa de Forma\u00e7\u00e3o de Actores para Cinema e Televis\u00e3o, to use their name, image and\/or voice, still or on the move, for instance in photographs and\/or reels, captured from the organization or for whom it assignes and all that are delivered by the candidate itself, with commercial, informative and\/or advertising purposes,   related exclusively with the Program, in any type of material, documents and other communications means, destined to internal use and\/or promotion, which may include all social networks, independently of the platform, among others, broadcast advertising in print and\/or on television and the internet, which may include, among others, promotion and marketing, on the internet, including websites and social networks, directly or through third parties, provided that the use of name, voice and image is for the exclusive purpose of promoting the Passporte Program.<br class=\"\" \/>b) The actors also agree that their name, voice and image can be reproduced and used in any physical and\/or digital support (known or to come), as well as be combined with other images (still or moving), texts or graphics, as well as undergo changes or modifications.<br class=\"\" \/>c) This authorization binds the heirs of the selected actors and their representatives, and is worldwide in nature.<br class=\"\" \/>d) Os actores declaram concordar com o facto de n\u00e3o apresentarem direitos sobre o uso do nome, voz e imagem obtidas e utilizadas no \u00e2mbito do presente Programa, nomeadamente direito a qualquer contrapartida econ\u00f3mica pela sua utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o e, que todos os direitos emergentes do uso daquelas pertencem \u00e0 organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/li><li class=\"\"><span class=\"\">The organization is not responsible for computer errors or the unavailability of computer systems and solutions.<\/span><\/li><\/ol><p class=\"\"><span class=\"\">20.Aviso de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de dados pessoais:<br class=\"\" \/>a) A organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, com sede na Rua Rio C\u00e1vado, n\u00ba3, Freguesia de Carnide, Concelho de Lisboa, e NIPC 506552918 \u00e9 a entidade respons\u00e1vel pelo tratamento de dados no \u00e2mbito da 10.\u00aa Edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa Passaporte.<br class=\"\" \/>b)Os dados pessoais recolhidos atrav\u00e9s da submiss\u00e3o do formul\u00e1rio de candidatura ou atrav\u00e9s da recupera\u00e7\u00e3o de uma candidatura ser\u00e3o tratados pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o para as seguintes finalidades: submiss\u00e3o e valida\u00e7\u00e3o pr\u00e9via das candidaturas; an\u00e1lise\/avalia\u00e7\u00e3o das candidaturas pelo J\u00fari; gest\u00e3o da rela\u00e7\u00e3o com os candidatos e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o com os mesmos; caso o candidato seja seleccionado e ap\u00f3s confirmada a sua disponibilidade, os seus dados ser\u00e3o partilhados com os\u00a0<i class=\"\">casting directors<\/i>\u00a0with whom they will conduct interviews, and will also be processed in connection with the candidate's participation in the events promoted by the organization in which he\/she participates (such as\u00a0<i class=\"\">showcase<\/i>, nos workshops, palestras). Estas finalidades ser\u00e3o prosseguidas com fundamento na execu\u00e7\u00e3o do contrato com o candidato, nomeadamente, do Regulamento da 11.\u00aa Edi\u00e7\u00e3o do Programa Passaporte.<br class=\"\" \/>c) Os dados pessoais do candidato poder\u00e3o ser partilhados pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o aos seus prestadores de servi\u00e7os que lhe prestem servi\u00e7os no \u00e2mbito da prossecu\u00e7\u00e3o das finalidades descritas (como por exemplo, apoio inform\u00e1tico, alojamento de base de dados).<br class=\"\" \/>d) Os dados pessoais do formul\u00e1rio de candidatura assinalados com * s\u00e3o de car\u00e1cter obrigat\u00f3rio para poder submeter a sua candidatura, pelo que sem os mesmos n\u00e3o o poder\u00e1 fazer.<br class=\"\" \/>e)Informamos que os dados pessoais recolhidos no \u00e2mbito da candidatura ser\u00e3o conservados pelo tempo considerado necess\u00e1rio \u00e0 prossecu\u00e7\u00e3o das finalidades assinaladas, sem preju\u00edzo da necessidade de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o por per\u00edodo superior em virtude da necessidade de cumprimento de obriga\u00e7\u00f5es legais.<br class=\"\" \/>f) Poder\u00e1 exercer os seus direitos
