Anders Nygaard is a hugely experienced Danish casting director based in Copenhagen, working on both local and international film and tv productions.
Former projects includes the epic international sci-fi series FOUNDATION for Apple TV, the ambitious Netflix fantasy series SHADOW AND BONE, and Lennie Abraham’s HULU series NORMAL PEOPLE.
English language feature films include Tom Hooper’s multiple award winning
THE DANISH GIRL, and BBC Films comedy DENMARK starring Rafe Spall.
Locally, Anders cast all three of the hugely successful KLOVN comedy feature films (plus the spin-off tv series), all of the ANT-BOY trilogy of family adventure feature films, and the first four seasons of Scandi crime drama THE BRIDGE (which was later adapted into the English language).
