Priscilla John is based in London. Her career started at Granada TV casting iconic dramas such as Jewel In the Crown which led to casting David Lean’s A Passage To India. Her work includes blockbusters such as Pirates of the Caribbean II and III and Mamma Mia, to cult classics A Fish Called Wanda and Distant Voices, Still Lives. Within the last 18 months, Priscilla teamed up with her colleague, Orla Maxwell to form a new company – Casting Pictures Limited, working with their associates, Francesca Bradley and Andreya Lynham on British Feature Red Joan for Trademark Films; Red Production’s 8-part Harlan Coben thriller; The Stranger for Netflix; Krypton S1 & S2 for Warner Horizon/SyFy. European casting on Michael Bay’s 6 Underground for Netflix/Skydance; UK casting for Amblin Entertainment’s The Turning, More recently and yet to be released, Glen Mazzara’s The Dark Tower for Amazon, Antoine Fuqua’s feature film Infinite for Paramount and Spell, Mark Tonderai’s feature film for Paramount Players.
