Leo and colleague Lissy Holm have worked together for nearly thirty years on a wide range of British and International Independent films.
Their working relationship with director Stephen Frears spans over three decades and includes the films Dangerous Liaisons, Liam,, Dirty Pretty Things, The Snapper, The Van, The Deal, Mrs Henderson Presents , The Queen , Cheri, Tamara Drewe, Philomena, The Program, Florence Foster Jenkins, Victoria & Abdul and most recently for television A Very English Scandal (BBC) and Quiz (ITV) .
Leo has worked with such other acclaimed film directors as Fernando Meirelles (The Constant Gardener), Ralph Fiennes (The Invisible Woman), Istvan Szabo (Sunshine), Mike Hodges (Croupier), Mark Herman (The Boy in the Striped Pyjamas), Atom Egoyan (Felicia’s Journey), Bille August (Smilla’s Sense of Snow & Les Miserables), Peter Webber (The Girl With The Pearl Earring) and Roland Emmerich (Anonymous).
Television work includes: Sitting in Limbo (BBC), White Lines (Netflix), Soon Gone: A Windrush Chronicle (BBC), State Of The Union, Will (TNT), Titanic Blood & Steel (DAP/RAI), Zen (BBC) and UK Casting on Borgen (DR Fiktion) and season 2 of Succession (Amazon).
